- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Branch and private wealth folks are great but the mortgage staff in incompetent and they don't give you updates. I had provided them with everything need for closing on or before April 5th and 7th now at May 17th they are asking for all of the exact same stuff which has delayed closing a week...
