- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is my least-liked Wells Fargo location in the Hickory area. Staff at this location have been incredibly rude on multiple occassions, and especially unhelpful in closing the account of a dead relative. One particularly hateful employee named Elizabeth Barahona has inspired my entire family to withdraw all personal and business accounts from the Wells Fargo company and seek banking services elsewhere. We'd rather work with a bank that treats the patrons like human beings, rather than a nuisance. Other Wells Fargo locations have been excellent, but this weak link ruined it all for us.By Jordan Canterbury, November 24, 2016
