- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor service and felt extremely judged while trying to cash a first citizens check without an account. Made me wait over an hour in the waiting room and left the responsibility of verifying my check on me. I had to call 4 people to get the number they had on file to make a call that they should have made for me. Still charged me a ridiculous amount to cash my check after I did all the work for them, a check from their own system. I'll never forget the poor service I experienced at this location. Never going back to first citizens, the experience led me to open an account at a bank 1 mile up the road.By Joey Brege, September 05, 2017
